The prices of lechon in La Loma, Quezon City have increased with the start of December weeks ahead of Christmas.
According to James Agustin’s Friday report on “24 Oras”, prices of lechon are now priced at P7,500 for five to six kilos and P17,500 for 19 to 22 kilos.
The prices are expected to go even higher in the coming days.
“Hindi pa stable ang presyo ngayon dahil kasi depende sa dating ng baboy saka kung magkano. Magtataas din sila pero ang importante may supply,” said Luring Atencio, a lechon shop owner.
