Proclamation #55, which had been in effect since 4 September 2016, served as a crucial measure to address the security challenges faced by our beloved region. Throughout this period, we witnessed the resolute spirit of Mindanaoans, who came together to foster peace, stability, and prosperity.
We express our deepest gratitude to the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) for their unwavering dedication and pivotal role in facilitating the path to the lifting of Proclamation #55.
