Four individuals, including three children, sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle collision in a portion of the Subic – Clark – Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) in Mabalacat, Pampanga on Wednesday.
According to Ian Cruz’s report over Super Radyo dzBB, the incident took place along the SCTEX northbound lane after a pickup truck hit the barrier and slipped through the southbound lane.
The vehicle reportedly collided with another truck which then hit a smaller car.
