MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Metro Manila, Rizal and Cavite will have water interruptions this week because of maintenance works, Manila Water Company Inc. and Maynilad Water Services Inc. said on Sunday.
Manila Water said that in Quezon City, some parts of Brgy. Laging Handa will have no water on September 29-30 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the installation of a valve.
Some portions of Brgy. Culiat will have water interruptions on September 29-30 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of valve installation activities at Cenacle Drive near Sanville Subd.
Some locations in the villages of Vasra, Bagong Pag-Asa and Project 6 in will have service interruptions on September 30-October 1 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of interconnection works at North Avenue cor. Elliptical Road.
Some portions in Brgy. Pasong Tamo will have water service interruptions on October 2-3 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the installation of a valve at Mapayapa 3 corner Narra.
In Marikina City, some sections of Brgy. Concepcion Dos will have water interruptions on September 28-29 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to zero pressure testing activities at to detect leaks.
Some locations in Brgy. Pinagbuhatan in Pasig City and some portions of Brgy. Napindan in Taguig City will have no water on September 29-30 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to line meter and strainer declogging activities.
Some areas in the villages of Central SIgnal and South Signal in Taguig City will have water service interruptions on October 1-2 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to zero pressure testing works.
Some parts of Brgy. Katuparan will have service interruptions on October 1-2 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of line meter declogging activities.
In Rizal, some locations in the villages of San Jose, San Luis, and Inawaran in Antipolo City will have water interruptions on September 28-29 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of service pipe leak repair work.
Some parts of Brgy. Mambugan, Antipolo City will have water interruptions on September 29-30 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to zero pressure testing works. Also, some areas in Brgy. Cupang will have service interruptions on September 30-October 1 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of zero pressure testing activities along Tocs Ave.
Some area in Brgy. Beverly in Antipolo City and some sections of Brgy. Dolores in Taytay, Rizal will have water interruptions on September 29-30 between10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to pressure release valve replacement works.
Some areas in Brgy. San Juan, Taytay will have water service interruptions on September 30-October 1 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of looping activities at Velasquez Ave. cor. Baytown; and at Highway 2000 near New Taytay Public Market.
Meanwhile, Maynilad said some locations in the villages of Bagong Silangan, Commonwealth, Greater Lagro and Payatas in Quezon City will have no water on September 28- 29 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of a water audit at Payatas Road.
Some places in the villages of Gulod and Sta. Monica will also have service interruptions on September 28-29 between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. due to facility repair activities at the Don Mariano Marcos Avenue In-Line Booster.
Some parts of Brgy. Greater Fairview will have water interruptions on September 28-29 between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. due to interconnection activities at Pearl Drive, while some sections of Brgy. Holy Spirit will have service interruptions on September 29-30 between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of the insertion of a tapping installation at Samonte Street.
Several places in the villages of Bagbag, Bagong Silangan, Capri, Commonwealth, Greater Fairview, Greater Lagro, Gulod, Holy Spirit, Kaligayahan, Nagkaisang Nayon, Nova Proper Pasong Putik, Payatas, San Agustin, San Bartolome, Sauyo, Sta. Lucia, Sta. Monica, and Talipapa in Quezon City; several locations in the villages of Arkong Bato, Bagbaguin, Balangkas, Bignay, Bisig, Coloong, Dalandanan, East Canumay, Gen. T. De Leon, Isla, Karuhatan, Lawang Bato, Lingunan, Mabolo, Malanday, Malinta, Mapulang Lupa, Marulas, Maysan, Palasan, Parada, Pariancillo Villa, Paso De Blas, Pasolo, Poblacion, Polo, Punturin, Rincon, Tagalag, Ugong, Viente Reales, Wawang Pulo and West Canumay in Valenzuela City; several sections in the villages of 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 176, 177, 178 in Caloocan City; and some portions of Brgy. Paco in Obando, Bulacan will have water interruptions on September 29-30 between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. because of the upgrading of a power generator system at the La Mesa Pumping Station.
Some portions of Brgy. 167 in Caloocan City will have no water on September 28-29 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of the installation of a fire hydrant Silanganan, Caloocan City.
Several areas in the villages of Don Bosco, La Huerta, Marcelo Green, Merville, Moonwalk, San Antonio, San Isidro, San Martin De Porres and Sun Valley in Parañaque City; and some locations in the villages of 181, 182, 183, 184, 185 and 201 in Pasay City will have service interruptions on September 29-30 between 2 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of preventive maintenance service of breakers, transformer and automatic transfer switches at the Villamor Pumping Station.
In Manila City, several places in the villages of 268, 269, 270, 271, 272, 273, 274, 275, 276, 281,282, 283, 284, 285, 286, 287 and 291 will have water service interruptions on September 28-29 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to network maintenance works at Sto. Cristo Street cor. Lavezares.
In Cavite, several places in the villages of Alapan I-C, Anabu I-A, Anabu I-B, Anabu I-C, Anabu I-D, Anabu I-E, Anabu I-F, Anabu II-A, Anabu II- B, Anabu II-C, Anabu II-D, Anabu II-E, Bayan Luma I, Bayan Luma II, Bayan Luma III, Bayan Luma IV, Bayan Luma V, Bayan Luma VI, Bayan Luma VII, Bayan Luma VIII, Bayan Luma IX, Bukandala III, Bukandala IV, Bukandala V, Carsadang Bago I, Carsadang Bago II, Malagasang 1-A, Malagasang I-B, Malagasang I-C, Malagasang I-D, Malagasang I-E, Malagasang I-F, Malagasang I-G, Medicion I-B, Poblacion III-B, Poblacion IV-B, Poblacion IV-D, and Tanzang Luma VI in Imus City will have water service interruptions everyday on September 28-30 between 5 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. because of the network and facility limitations of the Patindig Araw pumping station.
