The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 will implement temporary changes in the drop off lane for passengers to give way for the installation of the canopy along the terminal’s departure curbside.
In an advisory issued on Sunday, NAIA said the temporary changes will take effect on July 15 to August 14, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
NAIA said passengers can be dropped off at the left side lane as the right side lane will be closed to vehicles.
During these hours, the inner departure lane will be temporarily closed. Passenger drop-offs will continue through the remaining lanes,” the advisory read.
“If traffic builds up, departing passengers may also be dropped off at Arrival Bays 1 and 8, then use the nearest elevators to reach the check-in counters,” NAIA added.
NAIA said traffic marshals and directional signs will be in place to assist motorists and passengers. —Vince Angelo Ferreras/RF, GMA News
