MANILA, Philippines — The Office of the Ombudsman said it set to file a plunder complaint against Sen. Jinggoy Estrada before the Sandiganbayan in connection with an alleged anomalous flood control project.
“Well, [it is] very ripe already and I will sign it later, is the Information against Senator Jinggoy Estrada. Information to be filed in the soonest possible time. Hopefully Thursday, we will file it first thing,” Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla said in a press briefing on Tuesday.
