The quote card is fabricated—no such Emirati royal exists, and the image used is of Lebanese media personality Mia Khalifa, misrepresented as a UAE sheikha. MindaNews fact-checked the post due to its misleading framing of supposed royal support for Duterte’s ICC case.
Originally posted on March 3 by the page “Duterte Supporter 3r1t4s Copium News,” the fake quote includes nonsensical references to internet slang like “Rule 34” and “Netorare,” terms linked to adult content, making the claim implausible. The post has since spread widely, garnering thousands of reactions, comments, and shares.
No records confirm the existence of “Sheikha Miyah Khalifa,” and UAE government listings show no such royal member. Reverse image searches confirm the photo is of Mia Khalifa, whose image has been misused in similar fake claims before.
