WITH new creations for a wonderful Lunar New Year culinary experience, The Manila Hotel’s Red Jade Restaurant transforms traditional Chinese cuisine into intricate modern-day gastronomic marvels.
Touted as Manila’s premier Chinese restaurant, Red Jade blends flavor, heritage and modern culinary flair exquisitely prepared by Chef de Cuisine Sun Bing and his team.
This Chinese New Year, Red Jade offers its signature a la carte dishes to festive specialties like the imperial Peking duck, lapu-lapu in truffle sauce, scallops with duck liver in foie gras sauce and shrimps with almond flakes.

Dim sum lovers can savor beloved classics such as har gao, ham sui kok, xiao long bao and pork and shrimp siomai.
The new creations include sea bass dumpling, superior egg fuyong in crispy cup with deep fried suah Beijing style, braised sea bass and turnip cake with morel mushroom in black truffle sauce, and glutinous rice roll with red bean paste, among others.
Vegetarian diners are equally served well with Red Jade’s vegetarian set menu: vegetarian Peking duck, dong pao tofu, vegetarian hot and sour soup, mushroom fortune bao and chilled coconut jelly with avocado, ensuring a refined and inclusive dining experience for all.
For intimate gatherings, Red Jade offers private dining rooms designed to provide an elegant yet welcoming ambiance.
Accommodating groups of up to 30 guests, each room is ideal for festive get-togethers, business gatherings and family milestones.
As no Chinese New Year celebration is complete without tikoy. Red Jade offers red bean and almond flavors perfect for gifting, sharing or indulging in a sweet moment of tradition.
Each bite symbolizes prosperity, harmony and good fortune for the year ahead.
