At Brasserie on 3, Epicurean Evenings runs from Jan. 20 to Dec. 31, 2026, presenting weekly themed dinner buffets inspired by Italian classics, global curry traditions, premium grilled meats, generous seafood selections, and Mediterranean flavors, all curated by Executive Chef Nicolas de Visch. The venue also features an intimate Chef’s Table Set Menu for celebrations, family gatherings, and business meals, with options centered on red snapper, lamb, or Angus beef. From Jan. 15 to Feb. 13, 2026, Hilton Honors members may enjoy exclusive savings on lunch and dinner buffets.
C Lounge ushers in the year with Citrus Afternoon Indulgence from Jan. 18 to March 31, 2026, complemented by Sips of Southeast Asia cocktails and Whisky Wednesdays.
