A fire hit a dredger vessel in the vicinity of Manila Bay on Thursday afternoon.
According to a report on State of the Nation, thick dark smoke was seen coming from a portion of MV HYNZ 31.
The Philippine Coast Guard deployed the BRP Sindangan and the BRP Suluan to respond to the incident.
The fire was extinguished at around 4:30 p.m.
